  Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Free Shipping
  We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50+ (after discounts, before tax).
  Orders under $50 ship at rates calculated at checkout.

• Carriers & Tracking
  We ship via major carriers with tracking provided once your order leaves our facility.

• Address Accuracy
  Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Lost or Damaged Packages
  Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to provide supporting details.

• Order Changes & Cancellations
  If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

• PO Boxes & Special Addresses
  Some services may not deliver to PO Boxes or certain addresses. If applicable, choose an eligible shipping method at checkout.
