My dog has issues with his ears rather chronically. He reached a point where he abjectly refused two other ear cleaners - one over-the-counter and one prescribed by his vet. He would jump off the bed and leave the room when I pulled either of them out. I tried Herbal Ear Rinse and he has zero issue with it. He sniffs it and tips his head up so I can clean his ear. Magic.
