My geriatric cat was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease & eats Hills k/d now. As a retired registered nurse I scoured the Internet for veterinary published feline CKD studies. The need for B-complex and Omega oils is most prevalent. After searching for a full B-complex as close to the latest requirements published I finally found this which fits the bill so well. I mix it in a pipette with his fish oil since he won’t accept anything in his food. I give a weekly B-12 subcutaneous injection also.
This is the best formulation of B-complex vitamins for cats & dogs that you can find anywhere, I believe.

I'm so pleased with this product! B-complex without a lot of other vitamins, minerals, etc, is not easy to find for dogs, & when my only other source became unavailable, i was in a panic. After finding this i believe it's actually a better product than what I had been using for my girl. She's dx'd with chronic renal failure, & i make her food & use necessary supplements. The jury may still be out on the necessity of B-complex for dogs with renal issues, but for me, the proof is in the results, and for my girl this helps a great deal.
