One scoop equals 1 tsp.

Give once daily when appropriate for your pet’s wellness plan. Response varies by pet. Review continuing use with your veterinarian as your pet’s needs change.

LONGEVITY contains a 1:1 hot-water extract of Reishi. Each teaspoon provides 1,400 mg extract, including 500 mg beta-glucans and 56 mg triterpenoids as constituents. These constituents are included within the extract amount; they are not extra ingredients to add to the total.

Review the complete routine first, especially other Reishi or mushroom products. A veterinarian should assess combinations for pets receiving medication or managing a medical condition.

No. LONGEVITY contains one mushroom: certified-organic Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), processed as a 1:1 hot-water extract. Beta-glucans and triterpenoids are declared constituents of that extract, not additional mushroom species.

No. The product is not artificially flavored. Its natural taste and aroma come from the formula itself.

The extra space in the jar leaves room for the scoop and makes it easier to measure the powder, helping reduce spillage.

Helping my senior with lumps and bumps for a few years now!

I love this product! I have been using it for a few years with my senior pup who has some fatty bumps and some nodes on her liver. Surgery wasn’t an option but adding a Reishi mushroom powder did the trick. She gets a scoop twice a day. She has a super sensitive stomach, but this worked fine with her. I thought we would have lost her two years ago but she is still here! My only complaint would be wanting a bigger container to cut down on our consumption of monthly plastic tubs.

Reishi mushroom powder works

Great anti-inflammatory product, my 10 yo dog used to limp after running around. After beginning the Reishi mushroom powder, she does not limp, doesn't seem to have joint pain, and more active in her play.

Not for my fussy eater

My dog would not eat the food I mixed it in. He’s a fussy eater. I wish he would’ve liked it because I believe that this Reishi mushroom powder will do good things for your health.

Loki Really likes it!!

I have 4 babies Loki, Luna, Levi and Lola. Loki is my oldest at 11 and has been having some joint issues. Mixed this into his food and he gobbles it right up! Seems to be helping.

Cat seems a tad more energetic

I have a senior cat who has been slowing down considerably. After about 3 weeks on this supplement she seems a bit more lively and interested in playing. Cautiously optimistic.

I add to my cats' food

I add to their food. They seem to be doing well. They haven’t resisted eating at all. Healthy and happy kitties.

May cause temporary color change in stool

Overall, I’m pleased with this product and my dog enjoys having it mixed in her food. The only thing I noticed which I believe others should be aware of is that for the first few days of taking it that her poops were a bit orange. This was the only thing changed/added to her diet and given that the powder is a brownish orange I assume this was the source. It didn’t cause any negative side effects other than changing the color of her poops for a few days. They returned to normal as she adjusted to the powder within the first week. We’re using this powder to support long term health, so I can’t be sure it’s working but this seems to be a quality powder that I would purchase and continue to use for the foreseeable future.

High-Quality, Easy to Use, and Well-Crafted

I recently purchased the Animal Essentials LONGEVITY Reishi Mushroom Supplement for Dogs, and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality of the ingredients and overall formulation is excellent, and the product is exactly as described. The powder blends easily into food, making daily use simple and hassle-free. The container is well-made, seals tightly, and keeps the supplement fresh. It feels premium, and the overall presentation shows attention to detail. For the price, the value is outstanding—durable packaging, straightforward dosing, and a product that’s clearly crafted with care. I’d highly recommend this supplement to anyone looking for a reliable, well-made Reishi mushroom option for their dogs. It’s a great addition to a thoughtful pet wellness routine.
